Welcome, noble visitor! Below you'll find the policies and procedures that govern all orders placed with Made in Camelot. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your quest (or checkout).


Orders

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Once placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If anything looks amiss, contact us right away so we can wave our magic wand (or keyboard) and fix it.


Shipping

We ship from London, UK and aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, but every product has their own processing time. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Shipping usually takes 2–5 business days

  • Tracking may be available depending on the shipping option

  • We ship to UK mainland only

Made in Camelot is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. If your order faces any delays, please contact us.


Returns and refunds

Not quite what you expected? No problem!

  • You may return items within 14 days of receipt

  • Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Discount Codes

First order discount

Here’s how it works:

  • Can be discontinued at any time

  • 5% discount on the first order. Can be redeemed once per customer. Can be used with Sleeve up! discount, but not combined with any other discount code. 

  • Applies to orders of £10 or more (excluding shipping)

  • Some products may be excluded, such as new releases, limited editions, or pre-orders

  • Codes must be entered at checkout


Sleeve up!

  • Can be discontinued at any time

  • 5% discount on sleeves only. Applies to any sleeve, in any quantity, bought together with at least one board game or card game

  • Can be redeemed multiple times. Can be used with other discount codes. 

  • Codes must be entered at checkout

 
Scratch to Reveal

Ah yes, the mysterious Scratch to Reveal code! Here’s how it works:

  • Valid until 31/12/2025.

  • Applies to orders of £10 or more (excluding shipping)

  • Some products may be excluded, such as new releases, limited editions, or pre-orders

  • Can be redeemed once per customer. Can be used with Sleeve up! discount, but not combined with any other discount code. 

  • Codes must be entered at checkout

  • We collect only the information necessary to process your order (such as name, address, and email).

  • Payment details are handled securely via our payment provider and are never stored on our site.

  • Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as needed to fulfill your order (e.g. shipping providers).

  • You may request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us
