Pre-order policy

At Made in Camelot, we pride ourselves on offering the finest forthcoming treasures from distant lands, sometimes even before the peasants have heard whispers of them. Our pre-order system allows you to secure upcoming releases ahead of time, ensuring you won’t be left weaponless on quest night.

Placing a Pre-Order

When you place a pre-order with us, the full amount will be taken at checkout. Worry not,, this payment is fully refundable at any point, should your quest take an unexpected turn.

Some items provided by our distributors are available in limited quantities. In such cases, orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. If supply falls short due to overwhelming demand, any affected customers will be contacted at once. A full refund will always be available for those who have already paid.

Estimated Arrival

Each pre-order will display an Estimated Time of Arrival. This ETA is passed to us by our trusted distributor. However, tdates may shift due to production delays, international shipping issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Should the winds of fate alter the arrival window, we’ll keep you updated throughout.

Mixed Orders: Stock + Pre-Orders

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, our system automatically calculates two separate shipping fees so you don't need to wait to get your in stock goods. 

Cancellations & Refunds

You may request a cancellation of your pre-order at any time, for any reason. A full refund will be issued promptly.
