Ordering

How do I place an order?
Simply browse the store, add your chosen items to the cart, and follow the checkout steps. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to halt the ravens.

Do I need an account to order?
No account needed! But creating one lets you track orders and earn loyalty perks (coming soon).

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cardsPayPal and Klarna

Is it safe to shop on your site?
Absolutely. We use secure checkout and do not store your payment details.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We are currently shipping across the UK. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery: 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on the chosen shipping
Dispatch time: All products have a process time on their description. We aim to dispatch within 1 business day, but some items can take 5-7 days. Pre-orders have an estimated shipping day, and don't follow the rules above.

Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes, tracking options are available at checkout

Pre-orders

How do pre-orders work?
When you pre-order an item, you’re reserving a copy before it arrives at our realm. Release dates are provided on the product page and may change based on distributor updates. We will keep you informed if anything changes.

Will you charge me right away?
Yes, payment is taken at the time of the pre-order to hold your item.

Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, just contact us before the item ships and we’ll refund your payment.


Products & Stock

Is everything on the site in stock?
Yes, apart from the ones clearly labeled as pre-orders, restock or sold out. Items with longer process times are usually on route to Made In Camelot.

I’m looking for a specific game. Can you help?
Of course! Send us a message and we’ll see if we can source it for you.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Let us know within 14 days of delivery and we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Discount Codes

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout. It must be applied before you place your order. We can’t add it afterward.

Discount codes can be used together with other offers?
No, it is not possible to bundle up discounts.

Tell me about the "Scratch to Reveal" code
A magical discount valid until 31/12/2025 for orders of £10 or more (excluding shipping). Some items like pre-orders and new releases may be excluded. One code per order, once per customer. Please visit the T&C page for more information.


Sir Robin, the mascot: Is your stock in contact with the dog?

We take cleanliness and product safety seriously. All our stock is located in a pet-free storage facility, away from our mascot Sir Robin. While he is part of the team, he is not involved in handling or packing any products.

That said, as a small business with a resident dog on the premises, we cannot 100% guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have severe pet allergies, please take this into account before ordering.

Also, any promotional material featuring Sir Robin is just for fun and internal use, meaning the products in contact with the pet are not for sale.
