At Made in Camelot, we take great care to ensure your order arrives swiftly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship and handle returns.


Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United Kingdom mainland only, using the following carriers:

  • Evri
  • Yodel
  • DPD

Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. However, every product has a different processing time due to stock management. Please refer to the product page for an accurate overview. The order cut off is 4pm.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and size. Below is a general guide:

Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you get from Made in Camelot, but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns.

If something’s wrong (damaged or incorrect)

  • Let us know within 14 days of delivery

  • When your return is approved, you’ll then have up to 14 days to return it

  • We’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund (depending on stock)

  • We may ask for a quick photo of the damage/packaging to speed things up

  • Made In Camelot Team will inspect the item before granting a refund, and we may decline a return if no fault is found


If you’ve changed your mind

  • You’ve got 14 days to tell us and 14 days to send it back after our approval

  • Items need to be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, including the shrink package being intact

  • Return shipping is on you, but we can provide a prepaid label for £2.99 - £5.99, depending on the size of the product (this amount will be deducted from your refund)

  • Made In Camelot Team will inspect the item before granting a refund, and we may decline a return if the item is not in the original conditions


Good to know

  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5-14 working days once your return is checked.

  • We can't accept returns of opened or used items (unless faulty)

  • Until your parcel reaches us, it’s your responsibility, so we recommend using the labels we provide or a tracked service


How to return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason

  2. We’ll send you the return instructions (and a label if needed)

  3. Pop it back in the post

  4. Once we’ve got it, we’ll process your refund or replacement
