Run a competing ski lodge high in the mountains, adding rooms and amenities before enticing guests to stay. Each guest token carries two colour icons showing which room colours it needs, plus a floor-preference number. This is Lodge Board Game.

On your turn, take a room tile from the central 4×4 display or an amenity tile from the face-up set of four. A room tile must be placed at the same level it occupied in the display, and any tile on the 2nd floor or higher needs a supporting tile beneath it, sharing an edge with at least one other tile. Room tiles don't score points directly, but each of the 21 amenity tiles carries its own end-game scoring condition, such as housing a set number of guests in a given room colour or surrounding a tile with different-coloured rooms.

After placing a tile, you may also place a guest: your reserved guest, a public guest, or both. To place one, you need an unoccupied, adjacent pair of rooms matching its colour icons. Every placed guest earns two points, plus a room bonus equal to its floor number if placed on the matching floor.

Guest tokens and amenity tiles refresh after each is taken; the room display doesn't, until an entire row is cleared, at which point it tips forward and slides down to be refilled from the bag. Each player also starts with a one-time refresh token, letting them clear an entire row from the room display to trigger that refresh early.

Scoring totals two points per guest, plus room bonuses and amenity tile conditions, with the highest score winning. The box indicates a 60-minute playtime for 1–4 players, and solo rules are included.
